Connect to ChatGPT
Use your own LeadDesk account to connect.
Use your Ashton & Carrington Google account.
Shared team access
ChatGPT will be able to read all shared leads, clients, full notes, calls, activities, follow-ups, introducers, agreement statuses and team reporting.
This connection cannot edit records, delete anything or send messages. It does not access personal ChatGPT conversations or unconnected mailboxes.
Access expires after 30 days. You can disconnect it here at any time. Signing out the LeadDesk session used to connect also ends access.
Add LeadDesk in ChatGPT
- Open Plugins in ChatGPT, then choose + and Add custom MCP server.
- Name it LeadDesk and use this server address:
https://leaddesk.ashtonandcarrington.co.uk/mcp - Choose OAuth, create and install the plugin, then sign in to LeadDesk when prompted.
If asked for a client ID, use leaddesk-chatgpt. No client secret is required. Your ChatGPT account must support custom connections.
Then select @LeadDesk in a chat and ask about leads or team activity.
Manage access
Your LeadDesk connections can be disconnected together below. This also disconnects any Claude connections.
