Connect to Claude

Use your Ashton & Carrington Google account.

Shared team access

Claude will be able to read all shared leads, clients, full notes, calls, activities, follow-ups, introducers, agreement statuses and team reporting.

This connection cannot edit records, delete anything or send messages. It does not access personal Claude conversations or unconnected mailboxes.

After you allow access you will be returned to claude.ai.

Access expires after 30 days. You can disconnect it here at any time. Signing out the LeadDesk session used to connect also ends access.

Add LeadDesk in Claude

1. In Claude, open Customize > Connectors and choose Add custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan an Owner adds it once under Organization settings > Connectors (Add, then Custom); everyone then connects from Customize > Connectors.
2. Name it LeadDesk and use this server address:

   https://leaddesk.ashtonandcarrington.co.uk/mcp

3. Leave the OAuth client ID and secret blank (or choose Register automatically). If a client ID is required, use leaddesk-claude with no secret.
4. Choose Connect and sign in to LeadDesk when prompted.

Then, in a chat, use + > Connectors to switch LeadDesk on and ask about leads or team activity. Works in Claude on the web, Desktop and mobile.

Manage access

Your LeadDesk connections can be disconnected together below. This also disconnects any ChatGPT connections.
